Judith has been dancing from a very young age, at first studying ballet before exploring Contemporary Dance and finally, Flamenco. She is qualified to teach dance in schools and is recognised as a professional teacher of dance by “Dance UK” through whom she is fully insured
Judith’s Flamenco studies began with José Garcia in Bristol, who she still regards as her “maestro”. In addition and increasingly she travels to Spain to study with top performers and teachers, most frequently with Angel Muñoz, but also with Immaculada Ortega, Maria del Mar Moreno, Mañuela Rios, Mercedes Ruiz, Rocio Molina and Alicia Marquez, amongst others.
Judith performs with her Flamenco group “Sol y Sombra” in small to medium sized venues in the South-West She is also in demand for Flamenco workshops in schools and lecture demonstrations for community groups.
